A charming table lamp from the 1970s, made of ceramic with an opal white glass sphere as a shade. The design is strongly reminiscent of models by Fischer Leuchten, which were known in the 1960s and 70s for organic shapes, high-quality materials, and clean silhouettes.
The ceramic body features a sculptural, grooved structure – typical of German mid-century ceramics. The glass sphere provides a warm, diffused light, making the lamp ideal for a sideboard, bedroom, or reading nook.
Condition: Very good vintage condition with slight signs of age. Small chips on the edge - see photos. Electrical system is functional. Height: approx. 30 cm Material: Ceramic, opal glass Manufacturer: Probably Fischer Leuchten (unmarked)
A distinctive piece of German design history – decorative, functional and collectible.
