This exceptional ceramic vase comes from a Scandinavian studio workshop and was made in the 1960s–1980s. The rectangular shape, the deep relief patterns, and the strong green glaze are typical of Danish and Swedish mid-century ceramics.

The vase has an unusual artist's mark on the underside: a formula ("F = MA") and an anchor symbol – an indication of a small workshop or a single artist from Denmark, Sweden or the North German coastal region.

The geometric ornaments, the clear shape and the strong glaze make this piece a decorative highlight in modern, Scandinavian or mid-century interiors.
