Rare vintage table lamp “Colomba” with bird in amber resin – Mid Century Design, France 1970s – Mid-Century Lamp Dove

This extraordinary vintage table lamp bears the model name "Colomba" (Italian for "dove") and impresses with its ornate base in the shape of a stylized bird. The body is made of amber-colored, glass-style synthetic resin, displaying beautiful light reflections and inclusions.

The lamp dates from the 1970s and was sold in France, as evidenced by the original nameplate on the bottom ("COLOMBA – class II – conformité C71-111"). The bird sits on a rectangular base with a brass plate and black frame, above which an elegantly curved metal rod leads to the socket.
