Kerstin Grönwall
is primarily a sculptor, but painting also plays an important role.
She was born in Finland in 1945, but spent most of her
artistic career in Sweden. In the 1970s she spent 6 years in Ireland, where she initially worked on design projects for the Swedish-Irish company, Tilgmans Ceramics,
in Derry, Northern Ireland, and later worked on her own designs.
